Can we pay annually?▼
Annual billing with a discount is available on Growth and Enterprise once Stripe billing is connected—monthly is the default at launch.
What counts as a “source”?▼
A source is one monitored input such as a search-derived result set, direct website target, RSS feed, or GitHub repository. Availability depends on plan entitlements.
What happens if we add seats mid-cycle?▼
Seat changes follow your Stripe subscription model: proration for self-serve tiers, and contract amendments for Enterprise. The app should reflect entitlements from the billing webhook payload.
Enterprise security?▼
Enterprise includes SSO, audit-friendly exports, and DPAs under negotiation. Contact us for a security packet and data residency options.
